Tod’s records a 20% rise: DeVa Finance has announced its intention to promote a takeover bid at a price of 40 euros per share

Tod’s records an increase of 20% to 40.1 euros. DeVa Finance (a company wholly owned by DI.VI. Finanziaria di Diego Della Valle & C. and indirectly controlled by Diego Della Valle) has communicated its intention to promote a voluntary full takeover bid on the shares of the company listed on the MidCap for an amount of 40 euros per share. The offered price incorporates a premium of 19.7% with respect to the closing price of Tod’s in the session of 2 August 2022 (33.42 euros). The offer is aimed at delisting Tod’s from Piazza Affari.

Following the mandatory offer, BPER Banca will hold a total of 714,315,304 ordinary shares of Banca Carige, equal to approximately 93.9% of the ordinary capital.
