After the necessary time, put the container back on the fire and let it cook for about 30 minutes over low heat. During cooking it is important to stir often and, if it turns out to be too liquid, increase the flame. Once the desired consistency is reached, pour the hot mixture into the previously sterilized glass jars. Let it cool down to room temperature and then close the jars hermetically.
