Immediate rebound for IntesaSanpaolo, after the correction suffered on Friday. The detachment of the dividend weighed on Enel and Snam. At MidCap, the downturn of Juventus FC stands out

The major indices of Borsa Italiana and the main European financial centres they made fractional progress in the first session of the week.

The FTSEMib it finished the day up 0.18% to 25,821 points, after fluctuating between a low of 25,618 points and a high of 25,897 points. The FTSE Italia All Share gained 0.25%. Better performance for the FTSE Italia Mid Cap (+0.91%) and for the FTSE Italy Star (+0.68%). In the session of 23 January 2023, the value of trades fell to 1.71 billion euros, compared to 2.13 billion on Friday.

The bitcoins it stood at under 23,000 dollars (about 21,000 euros).

The BTP-Bund spread it remained above 180 points, with the yield on the 10-year BTP exceeding 4%.

L’EUR it fell to $1.085.

Immediate rebound for Intesa Sanpaolo (+2.71% to 2.2395 euros), after the correction suffered in Friday’s session. The institute specified that the fully loaded Common Equity Tier 1 ratio at the end of 2022 is expected to settle at levels in the order of 13% and subsequently at levels that largely meet the target above 12% over the horizon of the 2022 Business Plan -2025. IntesaSanpaolo added that the actions to reduce RWAs (risk weight assets), implemented in the 4th quarter of 2022, are to be related in particular to the regulatory changes applicable starting from 1 January 2023 and concern EVA positions that are negative or that are no longer justified in relation to the capital absorbed, and contribute to the significant creation and distribution of value for shareholders.

The aerospace company announced that it has signed two contracts with the Italian Space Agency (ASI) for the development and construction of the PLATiNO 3 high-resolution camera and the PLATiNO 4 hyperspectral camera. The total value of the order is approximately 33 million of Euro.

At MidCap Juventus FC recorded a drop of 5.12% to 0.3112 euro, after the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal ordered the penalty of 15 points in the standings for the Juventus club to be discounted in the current football season, in order to evaluate the effects of some transfers of players’ performance rights on the financial statements and accounting of capital gains. Juventus FC announces the appeal to the Sports Guarantee College.
