ACCESS TO THE CONCERT AREA

Here are the areas specifically.

White Area with interdiction to vehicular traffic on the via di San Vincenzo (from the roundabout via Mach to the roundabout via Cooperation / Pomeranos in Mattarello) starting from Wednesday 18 May. Transit will be allowed only to residents on Via di San Vincenzo and urban public transport. The remaining traffic to reach Mattarello from the north will have to use the ring road until 9 on Friday 20 May and then the provincial road 90 (via Ravina Romagnano) or alternatively the Novaline road.

Yellow area with supervision and monitoring of transits to avoid unauthorized parking and itinerant operators who carry out sales or administration outside the authorized spaces. Access is allowed to residents, operators and users who go to commercial establishments, public establishments and economic activities, to users and employees of public offices and services. Pedestrian areas for outflow
The pedestrian areas functional to the outflow have been defined from 11pm on Friday 20/5 to 6 on Saturday 21/5 which will be off-limits to vehicular traffic:

The stretch of Sanseverino will be passable only by vehicles that have to leave the parking lots. The same will be addressed on Corso Buonarroti.

Operational phases
The operational phases relating to the event can be summarized as follows:
Phase 1 – White Area: starting at 8am on Wednesday 18 May first limitations to vehicular transit on the Via di San Vincenzo.
Phase 2 – Yellow Area: starting at 8 am on Thursday 19 May limitations to vehicular transit with local police officers and monitoring of the area for the contrast of illegal stops and commercial unauthorized use in the southern area from the roundabouts of via Degasperi / Menguzzato and Fermi / Degasperi up to Mattarello. From 12 to 5 on 20/5 closure of the ring road from exit 2 (via Marinai d’Italia) to Exit 3 (Ponte Ravina roundabout) and via al Desert

Phase 3 – Red Area: starting at 10pm on Thursday 19 May limitations to vehicular transit with local police officers and monitoring of the area for the contrast of illegal stops and commercial unauthorization in the southern area from the roundabouts viale Verona-Fermi, Degasperi-Fermi, via Fersina, Marinai d’Italia. From 9 am on Friday 20 May until 7 am on Saturday 21 May the ring road closes from the Acquaviva junction to exit 3 (Ponte Ravina roundabout) and via al Desert.
On the days of 19 and 20 May all traffic from the South and North can alternatively use the A22 (free toll from the Rovereto Nord toll booth in Trento Nord) or the provincial road 90 Destra Adige. For those heading south, the opening of the A22 Lung’Adige San Nicolò tollbooth will be reactivated. It will not be possible to reach the concert area from the south with the exception of vehicles for users with disabilities who, however, have a park reservation.

Phase 4 – Outflow: from 11 pm on Friday 20 May until 5 am on Saturday 21 May will be pedestrianized via Madonna Bianca, viale Verona, viale Rovereto (from the Cavalleggeri bridge to the intersection with via dei Mille) corso Tre Novembre, via Santa Croce, via Al Desert, via Ghiaie, via Monte Baldo, via R. da Sanseverino, Ponte San Lorenzo, San Lorenzo overpass, via Brescia, via Doss Trento. The area in front of the railway station will be closed to vehicular transit and consequently the ban will also be extended to the Segantini, Romagnosi and Petrarca streets. Deviations may also be implemented in relation to the contingent situation in the areas of via Veneto, via Rosmini, Prepositura, Torre Vanga / Sanzio, Piazza Venezia.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
For what concern urban public transport circulation will always be guaranteed throughout the municipal area with time changes.
The same goes for the circulation for the town of Mattarello until 8 am on Friday 20 May. Suspension of the service from 8 on 20 May until 5 on 21 May.

The extra-urban will always be guaranteed to and from the capital. For the sections to the south that must reach the towns of Besenello and Calliano, deviations of the route on provincial 90 are foreseen. All changes will be the subject of a specific communication by Trentino Trasporti. As for taxis only for the outflow phase (after 11.30 pm on Friday 20 May) will be provided a parking area for the taxi service in via Degasperi (stretch between the via Fermi roundabout and the viale Verona roundabout).
